REMOS AIRCRAFT BEGINS PRODUCTION AT NEW FACILITY
Pasewalk, Germany – Production of the REMOS Aircraft G3 made a seamless transition into the new facilities at Pasewalk, Germany. The new production line has begun turning out new copies of the versatile aircraft, which has received an enthusiastic response in the United States.

In addition to aircraft production, REMOS has taken steps to bring significant refinements to the process of manufacturing as well as to the finished product. Extensive testing of components used in the REMOS, such as stress tests for potential wing modifications, are being conducted at the new factory. In anticipation of growing demand, the company expects to complete construction on 75 aircraft this year.

The REMOS features side by side seating for two, high wing, tricycle landing gear, folding wings, carbon fiber and composite construction. The cockpit, which measures 46.8 wide, easily accommodates large and tall pilots and passengers. The 704-pound useful load factor, coupled with thickly-padded seats allow for extended cross country flying without the fatigue factors normally associated with such activity. The German engineers who designed and refined the REMOS, developed a wrap-around windshield and blister side windows that offer true vista-vision of the countryside below.
Folding wings are another reflection of the German heritage for precision engineering. The REMOS can be folded up into the most compact Sport Aircraft in the industry, allowing for tucking the aircraft into tight spaces at home or in hangar corners.

Utilizing Rotax 912S power, the REMOS will take off in 330 ft. at gross (1320 lbs), climb at 1100 fpm, cruise at 120 mph, and stall at 38 with full flaps. Range is 500 miles and fuel burn is a mere 5 gph.
